Properties of Open-cell Spray Foam Insulation Systems
- 100% water-blown, zero ODP, one GWP, environmental protection type.
- Super low density ,high yield, spray foam density can achieve 8kg/m3(0.5Ib/ft3).
- Excellent thermal insulation performances, R value can reach Max. 4.0. (Innital K-factory 0.036W/(m.K))
- Good sound absorption coefficient, the average value 0.43.(ISO10534-2)
- Low odor, worker friendly.

DmcSpray 1801OC is a two-components, spray-applied, open-cell polyurethane foam system. This is 100% water-blown which applies to spray-applied thermal insulation engineering and sound absorption. The foam can give us a quieter, more energy saving buildings.
