DIMONDS® C1900FR/B2 flame-retardant spray polyurea is a two-component aromatic polyurea elastomer, which is produced by the reaction of isocyanate component and amino compound component. Professional polyurea spraying equipment is required for construction. In addition to the unique properties of spray polyurea, this product In addition, it is also flame retardant and can meet the DIN4102 B2 standard.

Process Guidance:

1. Surface treatment: The surface to be coated must be clean, dry, and free from dust, grease and other impurities.
2. Before spraying: Stir component B with an air mixer for at least 15 minutes.
3. When spraying, use polyurea special spraying equipment for construction.

Storage conditions:
Storage ambient temperature: 5 - 35 °C.
Packing: 220 kg / barrel for A component; 210 kg / barrel for B component.
The shelf life of the product starts from the date of production and is guaranteed to be in an unopened state.
Part A: 6 months Part B: 6 months.
Make sure the product packaging is sealed.
Store in a cool, ventilated environment, avoid direct sunlight.

Precautions:
1. Before use, component B needs to be fully stirred evenly.
2. It is recommended to use in a well-ventilated environment. In case of accidental contact with skin and eyes, rinse with water immediately.
3. The construction environment temperature should be 5-35°C.
4. During the construction process, keep it clean and dry, and strictly prohibit contact with water, alcohol, acid, alkali, etc.
